Contractor Incentives
Contractors may be reimbursed for lead-related business expenses upon entry into the lead program’s Pre-Qualified Contractor Pool. Eligible expenses include:
Required training courses such as EPA RRP, Lead Abatement Worker, Lead Abatement Supervisor, Lead Abatement Firm/Contractor, and Lead Inspector/Risk Assessors.
Required state and federal certification fees such as Lead Abatement Firm, Lead Abatement Supervisor, and Lead Abatement Worker
Pollution liability insurance
eligible for a one-time reimbursement upon award of first lead program contract
